What types of farms do you partner with?

Simply Heartland partners only with American family farms. Most of our farms are multi-generational and have been farming their land for decades. But, most of these products you won’t find at your local grocery store since the farms do not have wide distribution. Our mission is to bring you these amazing products while supporting family farming and their critical contribution to our economy. How does Simply Heartland decide which family farms to work with?

It starts with product quality. All our farms have mastered their craft. Our producers are thoroughly vetted and must maintain the right combination of production sophistication and dedication to producing the best products available.

 

What should I do if there was a problem with my shipment?

Although infrequent, these things can happen. Please send us an email at customerservice@simplyheartland.com if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. If there was damage during the shipment process, please include pictures, if you can, and we will be happy to help.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Do you accept returns?

No. We cannot accept returns on food products. Your satisfaction with Simply Heartland products and your order is important to us. Please send us an email at customerservice@simplyheartland.com and we will work with you to help resolve any product issue.

 

What if my package was not delivered?

It is frustrating when packages don’t arrive as intended. You are provided a tracking number for all orders so you will be able to check on the delivery status of any order. Our packages are sent with “no signature required.” If we are notified of a returned package, we will contact you directly, or if the order is a gift, we will contact the person who bought the gift.

 

How can I submit my products for sale on Simply Heartland?

If your products meet our criteria and you would like to discuss including them on simplyheartland.com, please complete the Contact Us form and our product sourcing team will respond promptly to your inquiry.

 

What if I’m interested in corporate gifts or bulk orders?
